If you want to use your own image for the header, the image width has to be 892 pixels (with any height) to fit the header nicely. This template can be completely changed from the Fonts and Colors tab in the Layout panel.
Using the Sidebar Image:
The sidebar image in the sample template above is credited to corazon girl. To use it in your blog after downloading this template, you have to download the image from its Flickr page and credit the owner accordingly. Use the Add Page Element in the Layout panel to add the image to your sidebar.
