This template is made as a special tribute to the Malaysia independence day, or 'Merdeka' day, gained 31 Aug 1957. The header's inset is in itself the defining moment of the word merdeka. To those who found relevance in this special tribute, feel free to use and distribute it to others. To those who found it irrelevant but like the color combination, feel free to use it and change the header image just as easily.
The template frame was intentionally shifted slightly to the left, to make it less conforming to the standard 'centered' position.
